To perform this yoga pose you will need:

Get on your knees and lower your buttocks onto your shins and heels.
Put your hands on your knees.
Keep your back straight, lower your shoulders.
Breathe slowly and relaxed.
Hold this position for about half an hour.
Repeat the pose 5-6 times a day.
